Where We Ship We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Dispatch Times As many of our products are 3D printed to order, please allow 1–14 business days for production and quality checking before dispatch. Ready-made items are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hobbyhuntau@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve it promptly.
